Recommended centrifuge: Centrifuge for 10 minutes at 3500-40O0RPM
Intended use
K3 EDTA tubes are used to collect. transport and process blood for testing plasma or whole blood in the clinical laboratory.
Principle
EDTA can effectively chelat the calcium ion of blood, therefore it can prevent the blood coagulation, does not affect the count and size of the leukocyte and keep erythrocyte invariable.
